My first question every time I start up my computer an internet explorer window comes up with some ad, it's like a pop-up that just shows up without me on the internet. I have used ad-aware and spybot to try and get rid of it and nothing.

My second question is I love to use Mozilla Firefox but how can I make it so when I hit the back button the page I'm going back to reloads?

I hope my questions are clear enough if you need any info I could gladly tell you.

after fully booted, open up task manager, click the processes tab, take a look and see what's running in the background. bring google up because you'll not know what half of them are most likely. you'll run across something in there that is tied to spyware. end the process, then search your pc for that .exe and nuke it.

if your browser's been hijacked, google "cwshredder" and/or "hijackthis" and run those apps. beware of the hijackthis app, you need to have google up so you don't accidentally get rid of something that might be legit.

THEN, reboot and and UPDATE and run adaware and/or spybot (i only use/need adaware).

as far as your firefox question...i don't know of one. what i do is hit the backspace button (same as clicking backspace) and then hit F5 for refresh.
