I've been wanting to buy an iSee clear hardcase, but i'm curious if the inside of it will scratch "The Precious" (my iPod). Can anyone tell help me out from experience? Thanks!
Also, does it protect the screen? I want to use an iShade, and i'm not sure if it is compatible. Thanks again!

You will get lots of mixed reviews of the iSee on this board.

As you can see by my sig below, I use the iSee-40 and have never once scratched my iPod.

Other people will tell you that it has scratched theirs.

I guess they key is not to take it in and out of the case that much. Personally, I've only taken it out of the case once. For the most part, I never need to take it out. You can access the dock port for syncing and charging, and I have a PocketDock for when I want to access line out. In my scenario, I have little reason to ever take it out of the iSee -- hence, very little chance to scratch it.

As for screen protection, the iSee is solid plastic and covers everything but the scroll wheel and the top headphone jack area. You won't need an iShade -- and the iShade wouldn't even fit.

I can fully recommend the case. However, like I said, others will say stay away. It's you choice.

Is it possible to use an iSkin underneath the iSee, then? Or would that pretty much look dorky? lol

No, nothing (except for maybe a VERY thin film) will fit underneath. If there were room for a skin the iPod would rattle around inside. It's a pretty tight fit.

no need for ishade. the only scratches i have heard are not in the case but happen when taking the ipod in or out.
