Canceled my order from iSkin.com

Ordered my iSkin from ThinkDifferentStore.com and two days later I'm crusin down the street with my brand new iSkin exo.

30 GB Blue Mist. Excellent Product!

I encourage others to follow this same path if they don't want to wait for iSkin.com to get their act together.

I haven't crabbed yet but I am so fed up with them I could scream!

kinda odd that their site went down. i would imagine that they have a hosting company that has onsite generators and a backup server on the other side of the country......

For the many Electra people who ordered from iskin.com, who are about to go insane; it seems that the Thinkdifferent Store will be shipping out the exo glo electras on Monday. I am SERIOULSY thinking cancelling my order with iskin.com and going with them, even if i have to pay for shipping. What do you guys think?

Did you see today's update? Shipping is beginning today on most colors, and they identify which ones they are waiting for. I'd expect it'll take them a few days to make it through their backlog.

It could be a power failure, but a lot of people/businesses in Toronto have opted to stay closed/shut down to conserve power until things are back to normal. Unfortunately, my employer hasn't chosen to do this!

I ordered mine some time ago from iskin.com but still no news of the shipping. It suppose to be shipping as i ordered the snow color. Email them few times but no respond. excellent customer service!!!

i regret buying from that shop. I should have bought it on ebay or other iskin retailers. <sigh> cant use my new ipod freely till now.

will be submitting the paypal complain form for not receiving a paid item when the 30 days requirement is up. anybody done that?
