Podcasting - Need help syncing to iPod correctly

Hi All,

I am trying to setup my podcast - I downloaded iPodder and have it setup to download my specified podcasts into the d:\mp3\podcast folder. THus, the file that gets downloaded is in the following directory: d:\mp3\podcast\podcastoftheday.mp3

How do I make it so iTunes will automatically grab the podcastoftheday.mp3 and move it into a play list in iTunes?

I want it automatic so it is on my iPod automatically

I would also appreciate help with this. I am able to get the podcasts into iTunes and group correctly, but it doesn't automate the update nor replace the older cast.

While we're at it, does anyone know how to synchronize GoogleGet as well?
