How do you download the songs???

i've set up the account now how do i download the free music im totally lost will some1 please help me?:confused:

I assume that you're talking about the free iTMS song of the week. I've never downloaded a free song, but I've bought other things there, and it's pretty easy. I assume that the free stuff will work the same way, only there will be no charge.

Click on "Music Store" in the source window on the left in iTunes. Click on the advert for the free song in the Music Store window on the right (it's usually pretty prominently displayed right about in the middle of the screen.) That will take you to the song listing - click on the "Add Song" button at the right of the screen. Go back to the source window on the left side of the screen and click on "Shopping Cart". There is a "Buy Now" button on the bottom right of the music store screen on the right. You'll see a summary of charges at the bottom of the screen as well, which I would assume would be $0 if you only add free songs.

no the free music on this website when i signe dup it sed i could download free music and w/ itunes u have to set up and account and have a crefdit card and yeah

OK...didn't recall getting that offer when I signed on, it could be new. If you go to the main page of the site (click on the ipod on the lounge chair) there is a graphic for free music on the left side of the page. It takes you here (http://www.ipodlounge.com/freemusic.php) , where there are links to several sites that offer free downloads. (Click on one of the "Read X" links to go to a particular site.) From there it's pretty much a matter of following directions. I hadn't done it before, but I just downloaded a song from the first site on the list.

If that was a typical site, then your free options may be limited to promotional items, meaning the selection and bitrate may be limited. But it looks like a good way to sample new things, even if it's not a primary means of building a library.

1. go to the threads in free music.

2. follow the instructions to download each song

4. The iTunes thing is that you get 5 free songs when you sign up using paypal as your form of payment.
