View Full Version : Got my iSkin, but no MaClear Case

Ok I just got my White Frost iSkin after pre-ordering it from iSkin.com. I must admit I was very impressed with it, the case looks and functions great. However I was under the impression that it came with a free MaClear case (or whatever that thing that zippers is). I did not get this. I also recall hearing about other people getting theirs with their iSkin. So should I have gotten it? Or is it going to come with the screen protector or another shipment?

call up iskin.com....i remember hearing something somewhere about them running out of the MaClear cases? i'm not sure though

Yes you were supposed to recieve a MacClear zip around case that zips around the exo. Somone mentioned in another thread that iskin.com is out of MacClears, so I would give them an email or a call to confirm that they will be sending you MacClear case when the screen protector ships out. It is intersting because iskin.com said they wouldn't be shipping the iSkin withought the MacClear, odd.

iSkin.com has a large shipment of zip cases and screen protectors on the way to them. It takes about 4/5 days from China to Canada by DHL.

i e-mailed them 4 times for refund and they responded. Just mass mail if they ignore your mail

I got my maclear case from think different store broken:mad: Oh well, its the iskin exo that counts :D

In effect, each iSkin.com employee is allowed to set company policy. In calls, I had employees say they won't send out the eXos without the zip case, one's that say they have to check with the boss and don't, and ones that say they'll send them separately on request. Take your pick, but in general they've been holding up eXo shipments waiting for the zips.
I believe Lajo when he says that a large shipment of eXos, screen protectors, and zips is inbound to iskin.com. Barring another freak disruption to the power grid--I'd say there will be large numbers of cases shipped out next week.
