Yes, it is a silicon skin and as so will do it.
However, if you wash it in warm soapy water it has been said to lessen the lint attraction.

It depends.
If you put it in your pants pocket, it will attract a noticeable amount of lint. The iSkin won't become a ball of fuzz but you can tell there is lint on it. However when I put it in my bookbag, where it is exposed to lint, it remains relatively clean of lint. It really depends on the fabric but like the previous poster said, silicone cases do attract lint, it's a universal problem with that type of rubberish material.
