Well, for me Opera is the fastest browser around, the problem is that it does always run all webpages correctly, unlike internet explorer...

as this poll is sorta demonstrating (it's not real scientific as 13 votes total out of thousands of ipodlounge users is a very small sampling)...the majority of browsers being used in the world are IE 5/6 on Win. comps. That's fairly interesting considering I would think a site dedicated to fanfare around an Apple product would have more mac users. Oh well. :D

Yeah... It'd be nice if more users voted. As it stands now, the thing the poll suggests is that not many users care.

Well, for one it's not IE. Firefox is a great browser and is ALOT more secure than IE. I used it for a long time but switched to Safari for the sole reason of needing a spell checker.

Safari most of the time. However I use Camino alot, and the demo of OmniWeb seems pretty good!

I've been using Firefox since it had changed from Phoenix to Firebird. It's even helped me redesign my site so it's no longer "Best Viewed with IE"

FireFox all the way! I get no popups, it is quick and secure. I can't understand how people can find it hard understanding the interface, it is pretty much the same layout as Internet Explorer.

Only downside I have found is websites saying "sorry this site only works with IE 5+"!!! Ahhh, come on, these companies should create a more open format that can be viewed on all browsers and computers, this is the quickest way to lose customers in my opinion.

Lots of people complain about Microsoft. If people want to cut down Microsofts dominance in the market then the consumers have to make the effort and get the alternatives such as Firefox.

I was so impressed with Firefox that I even changed my main email program from Outlook to Thunderbird :D.
