Question re: Vaja Click Wheel Protection

Please choose the appropriate forum for this topic. Thank you. I am interested in purchasing a Vaja case for my 20 gigabyte 4G ipod. At the Vaja website, you can choose as an option to have the click wheel covered for protection.

I have searched this forum for any feedback on the Vaja click wheel protection, and have not found anything. Does anyone have experience with this option from Vaja? It looks like a good idea -- giving more protection -- but I wonder whether it interferes with using the click wheel.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

It seems to be a new option they added recently. I really haven't hear of or seen anyone with it. But according to the picture on Vaja's site, the cover, being a piece of black polycarbonate does look a bit weird IMO. As to function, I think the Clickwheel will still work underneath the cover but I the scrolling sensitivity might be decreased depending on the cover's thickness.
