Personally, this January-February will be a whole new version of Apple we could'nt ever imagine. The amount of surprises they have in store for us, I think, will be a shock to many.

Agreed! Rumors of every sort have been around, from my getting the iBook rumor to this. At least we're pretty certain that a Flash iPod is going out.

i just got my first cell phone on my birthday on nov. 25.... the phone i got was just a basic LG phone so if an "iphone" came out looking like the pic in the 2nd link i would defently get it.

The pic that has been supposedly leaked of the Motorola + ipod phone is just a fake.

I also got a cell phone for Christmas, and am hoping the iPhone will be Verizon compatible. Then I can sell my old one on eBay, make someone else a very happy cellphone user.

It's not a fake. It's just not the actual phone that Apple and Motorola will be releasing. That phone is simply an E398 loaded with the new firmware for demonstration purposes. The real phone is still to come.
