Well, I've been working for about an hour and cannot get my iPod to work anymore. I've had it for about a year, and all has been well. But suddenly today, it won't work with my computer...but I haven't changed anything. Here's the story:
My iPod works. The screen loads, I can browse everything on my iPod.
I can use the Restore/Update functions that I downloaded from Apple.com. I've done both multiple times tonight and it says they are "successful".
I plug my iPod into my computer, and it gives me the normal "Do Not Disconnect" logo. But nothing on my computer will recognize and/or sync with my ipod. Not MusicMatch, not Real, not iPod Manager. RealPlayer says: "RealPlayer has detected that your device's database is either missing or corrupt. This database is needed in order to transfer music to your device. Please restore your device's database."
Any ideas???
Thanks in advance for anything you can advise me to do!
