I have a 3G ipod and ever since I began using it, it's been a serious pain to transfer files to. I have the docking station with the firewire connector, and every time I send files, no matter how many, I'll get an error message in Itunes eventually and have to stop and resend the rest of the album I'm adding. Ephpod works much better, but instead of just cutting me off and giving me an error message, when it decides something is wrong, it simply hard reboots the system. This happens every 25 files or so, making it very tough to refill a 15 GB ipod when it decides it's going to die and require a restore. Is this a problem with windows, itunes/ephpod, my ipod, or my firewire connection? MAYBE ALL OF THE ABOVE? I'd just like to be able to transfer my music all at once, instead of having to order pizza and spend the night with it.
