Hey everyone! I have some good things to say about Incase. Recently I purchased one of their DC+Incase sleeves for my 3g ipod (15 GB). For those who dont know what the sleeve looks like its basically like the black one Apple makes only it has snow camo on the outside and an orange trim on the inside. Anyways I was very excited as I was visiting Chicago when i picked it up. I used it for the final 2 days of my vacation and on the 3 hour drive to Ohio on the last day. That Sunday at one of my relative's houses I noticed HUGE scratches up and down the front and back of my 'pod. I was so mad so on monday I called Apple and they didn't help me out at all. They said the only thing i could do would be to go to an apple store and exchange it (I live near Toledo and the nearest store is near Columbus I think, I don't drive yet either) . So i contacted Incase. After sending some pictures of the scratches and some information the incase guy said i could exchange it online. By this time I had already purchased a nice Marware Sportsuit Sleeve for my iPod. So i didnt want another case. I figured id go with the 30 dollar case to store the airport express then. After I emailed my request the tech support guy offerred that to me (which is 5 dollars more) AND some ice cream polish. I am truly astonished at their customer service and maybe Apple should try and be more like them instead of trying to say it was my fault for the scratches when i called.

Actually, it's not Apple's fault for your iPod getting scratched. You think if you make a case out of metal spikes, and slap your iPod in it, Apple will just repair/refund your iPod for you? Nope. It's Incase's fault for their faulty accessory.

Btw, I couldn't understand a thing that you wrote, maybe you should try using those things called paragraphs that you learned in school.
