What cases work w/ the Alpine KCA-420i

Probably a newb question, but I can't find a definate answer anywhere. My question is a simple one....

What cases(any and all) allow for the iPod to plug into the KCA-420i Alpine iPod interface w/o removing the case.

or what cases don't work.

Whichever is easier to answer or you know for sure.

Look for a case that provides access to the dock-connector port. Any case that has an opening for the dock-connector should work fine with the Alpine KCA-420i.
