Is it possible to copy random folders, which contain for example ISO and BIN files, to my ipod harddrive? Doesn't this affect the loading time or what so ever? And if it's possible; what's the best place to copy the folder to on my iPod drive?

1. is your ipod confiugred as an external drive?
2. how is your ipod connected to you computer? usb, usb 1.1, usb 2.0, firewire??? All these give different speeds so it depends on what you have installed in your computer.
3. it is possible to copy data onto the ipod, make a folder of your choice and put your data into it.

yes it can if you use it as a mass storage device
this wont affect ure music
