I've been trying to contact The Think Different Store and all the emails keep getting returned. Is there a phone number or anything anyone knows about to contact them? I email question@thinkdifferentstore.com and it always is returned. It seems something is going on with their email there. I placed an order last week and just want to get the status of the EXO Carribean Blue :)

Thanks for the reply. As soon as I email any address @thinkdifferentstore.com, I get a delivery status notification failure immediately. The full error is below (sorry for the length, but I just want to post it so hopefully it can help you). Basically it says no reverse PTR record is configured...

Aside from that, I would love to give you my invoice # - but I accidently deleted it :( I ordered an iSkin EXO in Carribean Blue for the 30GB on Friday afternoon. I kinda hate to post all my info here, so I'll just leave my email and hopefully you can look it up. I just tried sending another email to question@thinkdifferentstore.com and it got immediately returned. I've tried with three different, separate ISP email accounts too with the same results. Thanks!!

i think your problem lies in your email account, not theirs. i've yet to have any problems.

I thought that too initially, but I've sent out 15 emails to different places with that account and no problems. Plus, I tried sending to the email from Yahoo and Hotmail - the exact same error occurred - it was bounced back to me immediately. Definitely not trying to pin the blame on them - I just figured after all that, then there might be an issue :)

Either way - Joe - I did just get a response about shipment, so that's good enough for me. Thanks - I appreciate all the help! You guys are very quick to respond!!!

I saw that as being the problem too. No, definitely didn't use profanity!! No reason too - I wasn't upset at all!! It's very baffling why this occurs. It happened from my Yahoo and Hotmail accounts too, so it's just not my local ISP. Very strange.

I work for a major ISP and this is a very common problem. However the error message is a little cryptic. Its basicly saying that Thinkdifferentstore's mail server was unable to do a reverse DNS lookup on your mail server or on the domain of your mail server. I checked your ISP and it does have reverse DNS for its mail servers and domain.

I can tell you whats really happeneing but I would need to see the full header of the bounceback. What you posted was merely the body of the email that got bounced back. You can get the header by going to the properties of the email.

However I do know for a fact that this is not an issue caused by the servers used by thinkdifferentstore. If you cant get the header just sign up for yahoo or hotmail.

Hi

We have figured out the email problem. When we upgraded the server a few days ago we has a mis configured setting that had blocked some emails. I just threw on my sys admin hat and found the problem
