I have 2 questions. If i go to a place where they do installations. About how much will they charge me to install my iPod. Also, If i install it into my car, does the sound quality sound the same as a CD or is it a worse quality. Thanks

Installation price depends, of course, on where you go, but expect it to run 50 bucks or so. They'll normally charge an hour's labor for a job. It took me fifteen minutes to install an adapter for my stock radio, which was the first time I had taken the radio out of this car (although I had done other stuff before).
Sound quality depends on what you're using. If you use an FM modulator (not a transmitter, but a modulator box that goes directly to the radio antenna input), the sound will only be as good as FM radio no matter what bitrate or format you use for the song.
If you wired it directly, it'll sound as good as it does on the iPod.
