Happy Holidays All,

I miss not being able to listen to my iPod in my car and am seeking a solution. My Honda Civic has only a CD player in it, so I need to go the FM Transmitter route.

Based on ipodlounge's reviews of FM Transmitters, I am leaning towards Griffin's iTrip.

I would also like to intergrate a car charger into this setup, but do not know if Belkin's Auto Kit will charge while Griffin's iTrip also does its thing.

Does anyone know?

Thanks so much!
Warmly,
Ryan

I'm assuming that you have a 3G, 4G or Mini then you can charge it through the dock connector at the bottom and transmit through the iTrip (which plugs into the headphone port at the top).

So yes, you can charge and transmit at the same time.

Also, depending on what unit you have, Griffin also makes a "Power Pod" cigarette lighter adapter for powering/charging. Cost me around $25 at my local Apple store.
