Sorry if this has been posted before.....How do I delete some pic's after I already added WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY too many albums to my iPod????????????????????

I think you're talking about album art. If you are, then select all of your songs that you wish to remove album art from or click on a song and press ctrl + a to select all of your songs. Then right click, choose 'Get Info', place a checkmark in the checkbox next to the Artwork box (box should be blank) and select OK. Yes it will take a while but that's life.

...and if you're not talking about album art, but rather actual photos, you can remove the content by going into iTunes Preferences, iPod, Photo, and specifying that you only want to sync selected albums, and then deselecting the ones that you don't want to sync.

(There should be an iPod 101 article coming really soon on how to do all this, so keep your eyes out for it).
