WTB: Broken iPod or LCD for 15 GB 3rd Gen iPod

Just like the title says, I'm looking to buy either an LCD itself, or a broken 15 GB 3rd Gen iPod with a fully functional LCD. Can't afford to get the LCD repaired through apple or a few of those other sites, so I'm planning to do this on my own. I'm looking to spend as little as possible, so please give me some good offers.
