Heya guys. :D
I'm looking into buying 'The Complete U2' off of iTunes, and I'm wondering if anyone has a spare -$50 coupon they could give to me. I'd buy one off eBay for $20 but I'm trying to save money because the box set is already $150. :O I've heard that most people who bought the U2 iPod already had most of the CDs and won't buy the box set, so if that's you, help me out. :) I would've bought the U2 iPod; unfortunately I bought my 40gb just about 3 days before Apple released it, I -know- they waited until I just after I got mine. :( Anyway, I'm just seeing if anyone has one they don't want to use. You can mail it to me at:
madsushi ((( a t ))) gmail (( ( dot ) )) com
Thanks!

i got a coupon but it will cost you $50 bucks. so let me get this straight, you want someone to give you something that cost money because you don't want to spend your own money? is that it? now i have heard it all, thanks for the laugh!

Heya guys :D
I am looking for a U2 ipod but unfortunately i already have the complete set (you can keep the coupon). So you know if you bought it for the coupon and have a free ipod, just email me at: bogusrequest ((at)) gmail ((dot)) com. See i could buy one off of ebay but i don't have that kind of money seeing as I just bought my first gen ipod 4 years ago (they had to wait till after i bought mine...) So any leads would be nice, thanks!

Hey guys, lets not bash him because he's trying to save some money...
I have seen a few of these sales before and they make sense to me.. If you just wanted the U2 iPod for the looks and had no interest in paying an extra $100 for the collection then why not sell it for $20-30 or so? Would you rather not have money in your pocket that you could use anywhere or a $50 coupon that's only redeemable on something you have no intention of buying...
C'mon, lighten up guys...

I believe that is one of the main tenets of the Democratic Party platform....... and key principle of the MTV generation.

Come on guys, be nice...he's JUST saying that if you bought a U2 iPod but didn't WANT the coupon, then he'd buy it from you so that the coupon doesn't go to WASTE. Why waste your time bashing him? You could just say, "No. Sorry, used mine." or "I'll sell mine to you for (X) amount."

I have one I dont care to have either. Make me an offer I can't refuse. You can't use that coupon for regular itunes downloads?

Nope only on the complete U2, after all that's the reason for it :D
can you use more than one coupon to purchase the box set?
i.e. 3 coupons = free box set?

Nope, it's a one-use-only coupon. ;/ And only 1 per purchase.
