I was at the apple store today and saw that the EX71's now come with a small hard silver case instead of the pouch now?

I think that it what I have seen being sold with them on the internet.
I was wondering what the cord configuration looked like in the EX71SL. I know that they have a two piece cord, but I would like to know what the upper part of the cord (the part which includes the headphones) looks like. On Audio Cubes the cord is described as:
Cord: OFC; Neck Chain, 0.5m (remote friendly)
What is the "neck chain" style cord? Is it similar to the iPod's stock headphones (y-shaped)?

No it's not y shaped - cord goes up your left side to your shoulder where theres a little silver blob,it then has a thinner wire to your left ear and a thin one goes round the back of your neck to your right ear.:)

The case is nice, but if you put the buds inside the small plastic thingie, it makes it difficult to cram all the cable inside.
