Not sure who it is open to.
XFM is a London based station, but they broadcast over the Web and it is a web based competition.
I'm only a listener and just thought I'd share it with everyone. I doubt there are restrictions on where you live, though it is likely to be a UK iPod in terms of plugs and stuff.
