Alright guys...as I was making up a Christmas list last night for my friends, and I don't know how I did it...but I stumbled across this awesome thing

http://www.pyramat.com/

I remember reading something about an older model, the PM300, earlier this year, but didn't think anything of it. The newer model looks like it'll rock my socks.

Now they also sell a model that doesn't have the built in speakers/subwoofer, and looks like the older PM300. But this thing is kinda hot.

So I'm really debating over this, or maybe a pair of shoes like nike shox.

I've been playing more games recently and this thing looks like its pretty comfortable.

Whatcha guys think? Go for it?

I'd say this is definitely a product to consider. It looks comfortable but it does take up a lot of space. I love lying down playing video games, but I only have enough space for a recliner and a 1.5 person leather chair. I'd say go for this because even a nice pair of shoes gets old and ratty. I'd suggest getting the pyramat.

Awesome thanks for the input :)

I definitely agree that the shoes will just get old and ratty...so thats why I'm kinda leaning towards this thing.

I've read a lot of reviews this morning and last night about it and all I've been hearing is good stuff.

And in this review:

The 3rd picture from the bottom actually shows someone using the older model laying down and as a back rest/support.

I think I'll mostly be using it as a back rest/support when i'm playing and watching movies instead of laying down

Now that last one...if they could at least send that girl out with the Pyramat to help me..set it up...it would have been sold yesterday lol ;)

I lay down to play games as well! Or I lay sprawled on a chair. I lay sort of how this thing is structured, and it looks awesome.

I'd go for it. You could also plug your iPod into the inputs and use it to rock you to sleep ... hey you could even get rid of your mattress and just use this thing everywhere!

Agreed about the girl ;)

:p
