Dlo Transpod Problems

I HAVE JUST BOUGHT THE DLO TRANSPOD FM RECIEVER ALL IN 1 CAR SOLUTION AND INSTALLED IT ACCORDING TO THE INSTRUCTIONS, NOW I AM RECIEVING THE TUNES BUT THERE IS A CONSTANT BUZZING IN THE BACKGROUND, LIKE AN INTERFERENCE OR BAD SIGNAL?
CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME REMEDY THIS?

I have no buzzing issues with mine - I suspect it's a matter of fiddling with the frequencies until you find the best one. By drawing power from the car rather than the iPod, the Transpod has enough strength to overwhelm faint broadcast signals, but you still want to find the clearest frequency possible.
