04 GMC Envoy XUV and Ice-LINK Plus

I have just called Dension to order the Ice-Link Plus for my 04 GMC Envoy XUV. Was told it the price is $199 for that model and would ship in one to two weeks although the site says Dec. 1, 2004. Since the ID3 tag is displayed using the RDS in the OEM head unit and I do not have XM through the headunit, I have asked whether an aftermarket Sirius external unit will also work with the Ice-Link Plus via the aux input same as AUX-POD or others. Sent the Dension rep Tom an email to ask this question and will let everyone know the answer. Will also post the install and review it once it is in.
