A few? #######, you scammed #####. This ### said he sent it out on Friday. Now he's not replying to my emails, and he blocked me on AIM. This guy is a ripper.

Keep all the evidence of your transactions. File for mail fraud, if this guy ripped you off, he is in big trouble. And I mean real big trouble.

if you paid by credit card you 'should' be covered - check with the card issuer.

He emailed me back yesterday.... and said to email him for the tracking number.... wth is up with that, he should've just sent it. And I emailed him twice and he still hasn't given it to me.
And yea I did pay with CC. I'm gonna wait another week tho, I really want this iPod and hopefully this is just poor service and not a rip...

I would cancel it right now and then cancel your card. If you have any information on him send it to the police right now--file a report that is. Trash like this shouldn't be allowed to live.

woah...I was about to make a deal with this guy...but he's not on AIM unless he needs to I haven't seen him on in a while. lol if you want a picture of him I can send it to you to report to the police cuz I asked him for it in case he lied to me. Thank GOD I bought a new one instead.
you really think he'd send you an actual picture of himself if he's a scammer? rethink.......

ALL email adresses contain IP's, or the email provider holds the IP of every user. Mail fraud is a big crime, this guy WILL be fould even if you have only his email adress.
Call your local police and ask what they could do or provide info
