Getting another free pair?

I have a pair of the original earbuds, and I'm still under warranty. Since I've heard that Apple replaces the earbuds at no cost while under warranty, is it really possible I can lie and get a free pair?

I know it seems wrong, but I'm just wondering.

You can do it but it is still wrong. If everyone got a free pair when they didn't need one, apple would stop replacing them. It's also stealing. You can buy a pair of better headphones pretty cheap.
