Hard Case Help! Please!

Im in the market for a hard case for my 4th Gen., 20 G iPod. Id like a hard case so i can ride BMX w/ my precious worry free, but my case has to fit comfy in my pocket. So here are my choices.

Please give me your opinions on what cases offer the best protection and are the smallest for pocket use. Thank You.

i'm lookin right now to so i'd say the contour design or the ipodarmour.
B/c if you fall off you bike and a rock or somthing hits where the screen or wheel is you want ut to still work. I want the contour, ... i thimk.
