exo3 case - does no ventilation on back matter?

I was looking at the exo3 cases online (the super thin ones that look elastic like latex) and noticed that there's no ventilation on the back. I also wasn't able to find reviews anywhere. Will the case overheat the system? I want something thin that won't scratch my ipod.

you'll be fine. i have never had a problem with my ipod over-heating, and im sure no one else has either.
