FedEx dropped off my iSee mini today. Gorgeous case, don't think there's another case out there I'd like more. My only gripe is lack of click-wheel protection, but I had planned all along to remedy that myself.
Just cut up a rectangle of clear plastic -- should be tall enough to go from the bottom of the ipod to the bottom of the ipod's screen, and wide enough to wrap around behind the ipod without overlapping -- then wrap it around the ipod before slipping the whole thing into the iSee mini.
I used one of those flimsy plastic sheet holders that you can use in binders to hold documents without having to hole punch them. I also tried using some thicker plastic (from the plastic packaging that the iSee itself shipped in), but the fit was too tight (I managed to get the ipod in there, but getting it out again proved to be very difficult -- had to push pretty hard with the recharge cable on the bottom, on top of that the play/pause button seemed permanently depressed). Also you can't wrap the thicker plastic around the ipod, and it tended to slip and slide around inside the case too much for my liking.
Then you just have to be careful snapping on the back plate (or the apple belt clip if you use that instead) -- it's a little tricky but not impossible to do without displacing the plastic too badly.
I know it's probably not that innovative or anything, but I thought I'd mention that it can be done in case someone was worried there might be some not-so-obvious reason it couldn't.
