I am from Canada and on Saterday night i ordered a case from Lajo.
Does anybody have a rough idea as to how quickly they ship out their cases? I currently have no case and would like to know when to start expecting it.

many customers already reported that it takes a long time to be delivered
sounds like this reseller is not very serious

Lajo ships using HK Post, so once it's out it'll take 7-10 days to get across the world. Typical shipping times for Lajo are usually quite good. If the item was in stock when you ordered it, he usually processes the order within about 2 business days. I've had relatively good experiences with Lajo, but some others have not... If you need customer service help, he doesn't answer emails because you need to use the form available on the website. To check on the status of your order, click the Logon menu button, enter your email and order ID, and follow the links on the side. You will find both order status and customer service stuff available there. If it hasn't been shipped by this weekend and it said it was in stock, shoot him a little service inquiry to see what's up.

i recently ordered 2 cases, 2 zip cases (free), and 2 ishades. my order took 7 days in transit to reach NY from Hong Kong. Not too shabby.

My experience with Lajo has been hit or miss. I have been fairly happy with the product as two skins fit perfect and one clearly came off the line wrong. But to answer your question, shipping was not that bad IF (a big IF) the product was actually in stock or in production.
This brings me to his poor website which totally blows. There is no excuse for not having a better display and description of the products and also have a better means of communication instead of that useless customer service form that no one replies to for days. In this day and age, any monkey can design a simple website, and if this is not an option, why doesn't he just do an ebay store? At least you could "ask the seller a question". Lastly, good luck getting a refund for a cancelled order.
As much as I like the product, I have no patience for poor communication.

I agree that it's difficult to get to the product descriptions, etc. But I've used the customer service form twice now, and every time he or someone on his staff has always answered back that day. I've been impressed personally with how well they keep up with the form, which I admit is rather silly.... Since everyone does customer service by email these days, it would make sense that Lajo should do the same. I have also seen worse websites than Lajo's, so I'm not really one to complain about that. I do complain that it's not compatible with Firefox though :) (At least, not the version I'm using....)

Thank you for the replies.
I recieved an email on Wednesday indicating that the case had been shipped which is good news.
When i ordered the case I was unaware that lajo was located across the world. Hopefully I will not get dinged with any extra shipping charges.
And i agree with the poster above, portions of that website are just terrible. No excuse for such a thing really, but i guess it worked and that at least is a positive.

I ordered over $50, so I got the next level of shipping. I recieved my cases 4 days after I ordered them. :)

very few entrepreneurs start running businesses without good knowledge of CRM...
in effect, it's a good deal and easy money for him to run a business in china where wages are very very very low
but he should emphasize on improving his website (very slow and very bad presentation of the products) and on improving customer relation also...
Lajo, you should hire a marketing expert like me ;)

The site is indeed the worst. I also agree that the presentation of the product is in need of work as well. However, I have found lajo and his team to be responsive and helpful. I do not agree with the length of time that the 40 gb 4g case took to come off the mold line, but all in all I guess it makes sense. Lajo lost a lot of business due to his untimely lag with both cases, but I think or I hope his product will speak for itself and make the wait worth the while.
