The Ipod Music Vault Case

I saw an ad in Harrington Cataloge for the Music Vault case. Says it is water resistant, dust resistand, etc. As an avid scuba diver I was wondering if this really works as claimed and worth the $50.00.

It's an Otterbox oPod (http://www.otterbox.com/product.cfm?product=168&code=NA) . They are supposed to be waterproof. Unless you have waterproof headphones, it will be useless using it underwater. It will however be okay if you just want to keep the ipod dry.

I don't wasnt to use it in the water but on the dive boat between dives, on the beach, etc. and other places where the weather may be an issue with it. I was wondering if this is the best one out there or are there others which work better. I am familiar with the otterbox product.

I'd take a look at the LiliPod, as it is truly waterproof while the Otterbox oPod is mearly water-resistant.
