Speck skin pictures for the 10/15GB iPods

I've read that many of the people here at the lounge were pretty unsatisfied with the fit of the new Speck iPod skins. Supposedly it's a bit too snug on the 30GB models, and too loose on the 10/15GB ones.

Well I've got a 15GB model and am interested in seeing just how loose the skin is on these iPods. Because of the flip-bottom design, I'd prefer to buy the Speck skin over the Exo... although If the fit is too poor I'll probably end up getting the latter.

So is anyone who has a Speck skin for their 10/15GB model happy with it? Better yet, do you have pictures of how well the skin fits?

If it's a little loose, I'll probably still end up getting it... but I just want to see how it looks in pictures first.

here's an idea...

buy an iskin and cut the bottom so it matches the Speck's docking flap.

That is a pretty good idea...

I'd still like to see what people with 10/15GB iPods and Speck skins have to say about how the skin fits. But if it turns out that no one with the smaller-sized iPods are happy with the Speck version, then I'll probably end up modifying the exo skin like you suggested.

I do worry about the possibility of destroying or tearing the iSkin... but that's mostly because I'm clumsy and will probably maim it, ruler and exacto knife or non. :D

I have the Speck rubber case for my 10GB 3gen iPod and it fits just fine, I love it.. the flap on the bottom comes in great use to fit it on the dock. The case fits nice and snuck on my Pod :D

I may be a little picky, but I thought the Speck skin was too loose on my 15 gig. It just seemed too loose, maybe it was because i was used to an iSkin for my old iPod. But either way I decided to return my Speck skin and order an iSkin.

my speck case is way too tight for my 30gb ipod, the bottom flap doesnt reach all the way around
