Basically I can install iTunes and the updater fine on my laptop, but the second I connect the iPod, the whole process slows down to a snail pace if it decides to do anything at all.
My laptop has recognised the iPod a couple of times that I've tried restarting the process all over again, but it counts for nothing when the whole computer basically freezes whenever the iPod is connected.
Any help is greatly appreciated
