A couple days ago, when I went to play a song, my ipod just started "scanning" songs instead of playing them. I would pick a song and you would see that song then it would just go throught all of them.....like if i pick song #1 out of like 600, it will show up with #1 1st, the it'll just skip it and keep going down the list untill it reaches 600 and then it goes to the main menu......HELP!!!!

your music files may be corrupt. check the files on your computer, and if they play ok, sync the ipod and that should take care of it.

kinda sucks, because I had to resownload my computer (virus)...how can i get my songs bak on my comp....it says "sopmeone elses computer has this ipod" (my old computer....
