1pod to itunes osX script won't work

to run script you must have the copy files to itunes music folder preference turned of...and I have turned it off still doesn't work...i get same alert.
bummer this would have been my first apple script ever.

The message runs every time. It's just a warning, not an error message. Just click "Okay" instead of "Cancel" next time and it should work for you.
