Rip To IPod script skipping songs

I'm ripping some French CDs and it seems to skip songs that have accented characters in the name. As far as I can see all songs that are skipped have an accent but every once in a while it correctly rips a song with an accent...

Is this a known limitation? Otherwise a very nice way to get CDs onto the 'pod without cluttering up my hard drive.

Yes, the script will skip any tracks that it can't convert correctly, including those with high ASCII characters, so-called international characters. Unfortunately, this seems to be a bug with iTunes AppleScripting, and there is no easy way around it. As noted in the script's Read Me, you will probbaly just have to manually drag and convert these tracks. I am working on a simpler workaround.
