dingy showcase

I've seen some complaints about the showcase getting smudged up on here, and it's true. It looks really nice brand new in the package, especially when you put it on the ipod for the first time. In fact, I think it makes the ipod look better. But, strangely, the more dirty my showcase gets, the more it grows on me. I like the worn look, all the while knowing my new ipod is in pristine condition on the inside. Am I the only one that thinks this? Just curious...

btw, should I decide i do want it to look pure as the driven snow again, whats the best way to go about this? i was thinking toothpaste or dish soap possibly.

I clean mine by removing the iPod (not to state the obvious), and then dunking the Showcase into a sink full of warm, soapy water. I then wash the Showcase with a 100% cotton washcloth. Then I towel it dry and then let it air dry for 30 minutes or so. The case comes out good as new!
