Has anyone had any experience with them? I've just read the review of their 4gShield and the product looks nice, but I've never heard of the company. Their web page looks ok, but didn't instill me with a lot of confidence. For example, their "Shipping & Returns" page doesn't mention word one about returns. And they explain something about if your shipping is calculated at $4 or less it is a mistake which doesn't leave me feeling very good about them. Couple that with low quality images and bad grammar and I'm not sure I trust them. I know it's only $35+shipping, but still, it's $35+shipping.
So I'm wondering if anyone has done business with them and would be willing to post their experience? Their product looks good, and was reviewed well, I'm just not sure about the company. I used their "contact us" link to submit a question about the existence of local retailers, but it took 3 tries before the submit button worked.
