I was looking to purchase this boss head unit..

I just need something cheap, nothing special. But I noticed it said it was a marine head unit. Umm, don't want to sound dumb, but does that mean its for a boat only? I know it said that the cables were thicker and more water resistant, but does this mean it is not meant to be put in a car at all? Any help would be great. The sooner I can get a head unit the sooner I can start playin my tunes.
Oh, and does anyone know of any links to head units with rear aux inputs for less than 100 bucks? Spanks.
