I just bought a pair of these to try out, thinking there was no way I would keep a $300 pair of headphones, but I love these things. I know that some people here would rather cut off my arm than to hear me say that I like something from bose, but that isn't really the purpose of my post. I'm wanting to know whether anyone is using these things at the gym? I normally sweat a lot during working out, but only after a few hours of use, the thought of those apple earbuds going back in my ears is disgusting. Any thoughts?

As long as you don't mind the size/weight... what's the problem?
The only possible problem I could envision is that they'd get smelly from sweat. Clean them thorougly.

I would not wear these cans while working out. They are not going to stay on your head while you're working out. If you're going to be running or anything like that, they're going to move around and not stay in place. Also, I wouldn't want to get the leather ear cushions all sweaty.

CQ2's are real nice cans, my brother has them and they sound incredible but i would not take these to the gym or for running, no way. You need to get something like Shure E*c or something like that. Those are perfect for what you will be doing... but for hanging around and riding the bus, etc... the QC2's are good. I own the "dreaded" Tri-Ports (people seem to abhor them here) and I just use them for while I'm on the bus going to and from work. I'm trying to get my bro to give me his QC2's but no luck...yet...
