View Full Version : Lajo email address problems

Please choose the appropriate forum for this topic. Thank you. I just sent an email to Lajo to check on the status of an order I placed with them 10 days ago. I used this email address: lajo@lajo.biz I got a "Not deliverable" return from two different email accounts I sent it from. The company accepted my PayPal payment. Anyone have similar problems with Lajo or is there a better email address to use? I don't have the order number unfortunately.

Try posting on the lajo.biz forums.

Thanks for the tip. Given the make-up of the Lajo site I had to go to Google to locate their forums and I posted as you suggested. Thanks again.

:D yeah, it is rather tough to figure out much of anything there.

The email you got confirming your order should have an Order ID. Go to Lajo.biz, click on the Logon menu option, enter your email address and your order ID, and you should get to a page which will show you your order status. (I think you need to select Purchases from your Logon menu option to view your recent orders.) Also, if you need customer service requests, you can do those from the Logon thing too.

Unfortunately I never got the confirmation email. However, I did find the Lajo forums, posted and got a reply from Lajo. The order has been shipped. However, thanks for the advice.
