two ipods into one

:confused: I would like to merge two ipods into one library. You see i dumped my i pod when visting my father in law and uploaded his library into my i pod. When i got home i tried to then merge his library into my library and the i tunes had i real problem with this. I hope this is not a dumb question and someone can help this dumbfounded novice

Put all of his music into a folder, then go into iTunes, click File -> Add Folder To Library, and add that folder. All his music will now be in your iPod.

Well first you have to get the music off of the iPod,you could use either PodUtil,It works good Ive tried it or you could use this http://www.ipodlounge.com/tips_more.php?id=2166_0_11_0_C and then do what snowy said (assuming you have a PC).
