I did before I got a set of very comfy EX71s and picked the right size ear buds. I also found the Shure e3s to be very comfy, but did not buy them just yet. The EX71s seem to leak music, while the e3s provide far better isolation.

I believe you don't want isolation, though, and I am not sure if that is even possible with canalphones since they rely on creating a seal to achieve better bass and sound level.

When you find comfortable canal phones, you'll never go back...

Well, I won't anyway. I found the perfect fit with the Shure E2's, and once they are in, I can wear them all day.

I can't hear a DAMN thing at all, and that's exactly why I bought them. They're awesome, even skating around college, with loud students, and cars.

Nope, not the only one. I spent weeks fiddling with different size buds and gave up and purchased my beloved Sennheiser PX-100s. Better sound, don't isolate, and don't make me feel like I've got a cockroach trying to burrow into my brain while listening to music :)

You're not alone. It's the reason why I use the Sennheiser PX200 and HD25-1 headphones as well as the Shure E5. As comfy as the E5's are for canalphones, sometimes it gets a bit much.
