Best Earphones for HipHop Music

Hi,

I recently bought the Sony MDR-EX71SL and I am not very satisfied with the bass. I listen to a lot of hip hop/rap music. Does anyone here know which earphones are the best for my type of music?

Of all the in-ear phones, I would probably have said that the EX71 are the best for hip-hop. They have the biggest bass of any of them. The only in-ear that will probably satisfy you is the Shure E5, but those are around $370.

How much can you spend? Also, do you need in-ear or can you use clip-ons or headbands? What setting will you be using these in?

did you try turnin on the bass booster?

if you want a new pair... get the sony elements of style and choose the hip hop ones... they are 20 dollars on amazon

The only other affordable alternative in earphones seems to be hitting your head with a hammer in time to the music.

I would suggest cans, but i would go higher end earphone, to be happy.
