Please choose the appropriate forum for this topic. Thank you. Hi,
Last night I was copying tracks to my iPod in Ephpod while iTunes was open from which I had just changed the name of the iPod (I know, bad idea)
When I was copying the tracks to the iPod in Ephpod is came up with an error (sorry can remember the exact error). So I closed Ephpod and then iTunes had this error message as well so I closed iTunes too. I then disconnected the iPod and when I started it all my 5700 odd songs where missing although in the 'About' menu it stated songs at 0 but had 'Capacity 37.1 GB | Available 16.3' which shows that it knows something is on the hard drive but can't recognize the tracks.
Now I tried from windows Explorer to search the iPod for my songs in the hidden folder structure to only find the mp3's I had copied from the time the software has crashed.
HELP!!!!!!! Please don't tell me I've lost all my music.
