Hello... A few seemingly simple questions I can't seem to find answers on regarding the Aux Box.

My story: I've got a 2004 Toyota Camry LE with a factory install JBL CD changer/radio/ tape deck combo. I'd really like to keep the nice factory install unit, but it has no aux input.

Has anyone had any experience adding an auxbox to a late model Camry?

And a probably stupid question... if I connect the Aux Box, do I still have access to all three of the other inputs: tape deck, CD, and radio, or does the aux input supercede one of them the way the ice-link eliminates access to the CD player? In other words, at any given time could I choose from tape, radio CD, OR IPOD (through the aux)?

The PAC Aux-Box works great with the Camry. Unfortunately you will need Toyota part #08695-00370 also. You will not lose anything on your factory unit.

Works on my 2004 Camry Solara w/ NAV. It acts as a CD Changer on the headunit.

So it will work, but I give up my ability to also use the CD changer? In other words, if I install the aux box, it REPLACES the CD functionality.

Sorry, not clear on how I could toggle between the two...

Is there any way to use both (as well as radio and tape deck)?

I would like to install an Aux-box in my 2004 Solara, with the JBL radio/in-dash CD changer. Does the Aux-box work thru the "SAT" button, or the "Disk" button? If thru the disk button, then how do I listen to CD's? I assume the steering wheel controls are not affected by the installation?

Thanks!
