aux input on front face?

Does anyone know what cd head units have a jack on the front for input?
I know someone mentioned Aiwa already. Are there any other brands or models I should look for?
Half the ones I see on line say they have aux input, but don't say if its in the front of back of the unit.

I know I've seen another one or two referred to here, but I can't recall what they were.

Try a search on "Aiwa," I think the thread where the others were mentioned refers to that unit. (As is, "get the ______ instead of the Aiwa." If that doesn't help, try "aux" and some other search terms. I bet you'll find it.

I have no experience with them, but I know some other loungers weren't too hip on the brand.

After a long search, it seems Aiwa is the only brand that does a front jack for input. Too bad.
My husband gave me an iPod for my birthday at the end of August, and now he is jealous, and is going to get one for Christmas. (yes, he has informed me I must buy the 40GB for him!) Only problem is, I had already planned to get a car stereo for him for his birthday this month. So now I am scrambling around, trying to figure out what cd head unit would be the best, in terms of being able to use it with the ipod.
I thank you for your input. Being a newbie, this board is sort of overwhelming with all its information.

I love it though! Glad there is somewhere I can come for information and to share my iPod joy. :)

Many Blaupunkt decks have rear jacks or can add an adapter that will accept a patch cord. I believe Crutchfield sells one for $139.99 or so. You can run the cable behind the dash and only leave enough exposed as you need.
