My 4G 40gig iPod has finally arrived, and so I'm in need of a case or skin to protect it.

I'm in the UK, so would prefer products I can buy from the uk.

I would like a case that is versatile in terms of how it can be worn and carried.

Here are some thoughts:

1)
I would like a case that has a belt clip, so that I can carry it on a belt when I'm wearing one.

2)
But I want the belt clip to be fully removable so that I can also easily slip the iPod+case into a pocket or bag when I would rather not wear it on a belt.

3)
If possible I would like a case that can be used with an armband, and preferably one that comes with a suitable armband.

4)
I thought it would be a good idea to be able to carry the iPod on a shoulder/chest strap of some kind, so that the iPod was under my shirt against my chest in the case attached to a sash, strap that goes over one shoulder and under the other side, like the way record bags and so on are worn
I have been unable to find a case like this. Does anyone know of any?
Or anywhere I can buy a shoulder strap that an existing iPod case could attach to?

I don't know if people understand what I mean, so I'll try to describe it.
A loop that goes over one shoulder, across your chest and back at a diagonal angle and then underneath the opposite arm but down at the bottom of ones chest.
Some bags that are worn like this have a little holster on their strap to carry your mobile phone; I'm looking for such a thing but just the strap without the bag and with a case/holster for the iPod rather than a mobile phone.

I like the look of the marware convertible sportsuit case, and think that a black version of this might be the best I've seen so far.
Could a marware be used in the way I've described?

Thanks

You can use this for attachment to a cross strap.

Timbuk2 makes messenger bags. They're very popular in the US with (surprise!) messengers.

Thanks for that.

But do you have any idea where I could get a cross strap without a bag, to attach such a thing to?
